Regulation Policy

If you want to cancel please be sure you are canceling 1 day prior your arrival date to avoid one-night penalty.  You must present a valid identity document or passport when checking in. - Our prices include all Taxes. - In case of No Show or Cancellation after the deadline, we are sorry but you will be charged 10 percent of the whole booking amount.

For your safety, we ask for a deposit of $5 for your key and $ 5 for the towel (Optional).

Be sure you are responsible for your belonging and put it in a safe place.

By regulation, we are forced to not accept guests under 18 if they are not accompanied by an adult. - Guests under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated in a shared room unless all occupants are members of their travel group.
